Privacy Policy

If you create an account: your name and email address.

If you reserve a gift on someone's list (as a guest): the name, email address, and optional note you provide for that reservation. You don't need an account to reserve a gift.

We don't collect payment information, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

• To run your account and your wishlists.
• To send you a one-time code when you log in, or when you reserve or cancel a gift — these emails are required to complete the action you asked for.
• To occasionally invite you to create your own wishlist after you reserve a gift on someone else's list. You can opt out of this at any time (see below) — it never affects the codes above.

We use a small number of service providers to run Onelist, and don't share your data beyond what's needed to operate the service:

• Supabase — hosts our database and file storage (including any photos you upload).
• Resend — delivers the emails described above.

If a list has an event date, the list owner can't see who reserved a gift, or their note, until that date has passed — this is enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the interface.

• You can delete your account and all your lists at any time from Account settings.
• You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link at the bottom of any such email, or by visiting this page.
• To request deletion of a guest reservation's personal data, contact us using the email below — cancelling a reservation yourself removes it from the active list, but you can ask us to erase the record entirely.
